Honouring the Late Max Perram with Funeral Videography in Liverpool

Video Recording and Live Streaming in Liverpool

On 29 January, we were honoured to document the farewell of Max Perram, of Max Perram’s Funeral Service. Having worked alongside the Max Perram team for many years, it was a privilege to capture the final journey of someone so respected within the funeral industry.

It was a full production day for Funeral Video Australia. We set up cameras at All Saints Catholic Church, Liverpool two hours before the service began. In the lead-up, I travelled to the family home to film the arrival of the hearse and the family’s private moments with Max. From there, we captured the departure from the home and returned to the church in time to record the hearse’s arrival.

The Perram family selected our Premium Video Recording package, with three cameras rolling to ensure every important moment was documented. At the conclusion of the service, the hearse passed by Max Perram’s Liverpool office, where staff lined up outside as a sign of respect. Accompanied by the moving sound of bagpiper Todd Ridgeway (Red Beard Music), it was a deeply emotional moment.

The day concluded with a private service at the crematorium chapel, where the family said their final goodbyes.

Thanks to careful planning and experience, a service of this scale can be captured by just one videographer. This approach keeps costs manageable for families while still delivering high-quality funeral videography and live streaming services.

A special thank you to Julie, Craig, and Senya from Max Perram’s Funeral Service, who honoured their late employer with great care and professionalism, someone they had worked alongside for more than 12 years.

I have just viewed, and so beautifully filmed. This is so special to have, not only for us but for a great many family members unable to attend, from Europe and Ireland. I was impressed by your complete professionalism and caring nature.
