Photo Presentation

Including a photo presentation during a funeral service is wonderful way to celebrate your loved one’s life. Tribute Videos, also known as photo slideshows, remembrance videos and photo presentations, includes special memories and sentimental music which can evoke many emotions.

Screening a photo presentation as part of a funeral service helps family and friends with the grieving process. It gives them the opportunity to celebrate life, re-live special moments, and remember unique and treasured times.

What is a Funeral Photo Presentation?

A funeral photo presentation is a collection of photographs and videos compiled into a video montage with music to be displayed at a funeral or memorial service. This presentation serves as a visual tribute to the person who has passed away and allows mourners to reminisce about their life and the memories they shared with them. The photo presentation can help lighten the service with photos or videos that bring a smile to the faces of the mourners.

Create a beautiful photo presentation for your loved one's funeral or memorial service can be a time-consuming task during a busy and emotional time. Our team has years of experience in crafting memorable tributes that help honour your loved ones life. We work closely with families to create a photo presentation video that tells the story of their loved one.

A professionally designed photo presentation will serve as a cherished tribute, honouring the memory of your loved one in a truly heartfelt manner.

How Funeral Video Australia Can Help

Once a family shares the photos/videos to be included in the presentation, we will take care of the rest. The video will be custom designed as per your brief to include colours or elements that mean something to your loved one. Some examples of these designs can be seen below.

A draft video will be shared for your review and edits can be made. The final video is shared via a download link and included on your own private webpage to share with loved ones to view and leave condolence messages on the guest book.

Tips to preparing a photo presentation

While compiling photos for the photo presentation there are a few things to consider:

Gather Photos

The number of photos depends on the music length. We suggest having 10 – 14 photos per minute of music.

Music Selection

Think about the music to play with the video. The ideal time for a photo presentation is 3 – 5 minutes which could be 1 or 2 songs.

Order Photos

Rename photos to reflect the order to be displayed in the video. Otherwise photos can be grouped by age or random order.

Video Design

Think about what design elements you might like to include. This may be a favourite colour, flower or hobby. See our examples below.

Custom Design

Below is a range of background examples along with example videos. Families can select from one of these designs or our creative team can customise a design to tie in your loved ones personality.

Every aspect of the service provided was perfect and eased my stress and anxiety surrounding the funeral. The old photographic images that were scanned looked new again and provided joy to all that attended the service.

Thanks for the care and attention shown to me. I would recommend your services to anyone looking for a fast and efficient presentation relating to their loved one.
