Honouring Jeffrey Leonard Sayle OAM

It was an honour for Funeral Video Australia to film and provide the live audio feed for the Late Jeffrey Leonard Sayle OAM in Coogee.

Jeff was a former Wallaby, Randwick Rugby icon, and Order of Australia recipient for his services to rugby and the Coogee Surf Life Saving Club.

Marcella from WN Bull Funerals put me in touch with Jeff’s friend Mark, who organised for a Same Day recording of the service, as well as the live audio feed.

Our Same Day Videography Package means that once a service is filmed, it is edited and uploaded to a private link within 1-3hrs of the service concluding. This is for family and friends who cannot attend on the day. Mark was able to share the private link to guests in advance of the funeral to reduce stress on the day.

A huge turnout came to farewell Jeff, spilling outside St Brigid’s Church in Coogee. The live audio feed was needed so the crowd outside could hear the service going on inside the church.

At the conclusion of the church service, the crowd of hundreds marched down to Coogee Oval for a guard of honour.

The Same Day recording of the service was up within 3hrs of the service concluding. A more detailed edit featuring footage before and after the service was then completed and uploaded to the private page for the family.

I have just viewed, and so beautifully filmed. This is so special to have, not only for us but for a great many family members unable to attend, from Europe and Ireland. I was impressed by your complete professionalism and caring nature.
