Honouring a Loved One – Premium Videography at Forest Lawn Memorial Park

The daughter of the deceased contacted me through our website, wanting the chapel service filmed for family in England, Scotland, and Australia who couldn’t attend, as well as a keepsake for her and her mother.

I also spoke with the wife of the deceased, who requested that particular details be captured, such as the beautiful red roses and wedding photographs on the coffin. She chose our Premium Videography Package, which included 3 camera coverage during the service, plus footage before and after, set to music of the family’s choice. She wanted the best possible coverage on a day that was understandably very emotional.

The service itself was deeply moving. One beautiful moment occurred when family members approached the coffin and each took a rose to keep, which I captured from three different camera angles.

It’s always an honour to help relieve some of the stress families feel by capturing these important moments. Having a recorded service allows families to revisit the day later, providing comfort and aiding the healing process.
