Eight steps to franchise ownership

Making the choice to operate your own business is a big and exciting step, which is why we’re committed to making the process as open and informative as possible. It’s an important decision for both of us, so we’ll provide all the support and information you need to help you make the right choice for you and your family.

Our recruitment process involves the following 8 Steps:

Send us an enquiry.

Funeral Video Australia gets in touch and sends you a Franchise Brochure, Franchise Application Form, Confidentiality Agreement and Franchise Information Statement.

You read through the brochure, fill in the Franchise Application Form and sign the Confidentiality Agreement and then send it back to Funeral Video Australia.

We meet to get to know each other better and answer any questions you might have. If your application is approved we move to the due diligence phase.

You conduct your due diligence and reserve your territory with a fully refundable territory holding deposit.

You make your final decision

1. If after the due diligence you choose to proceed you go to Step 7.


2. If you choose NOT to proceed we refund the deposit and that’s the end of the process.

The Franchise Agreement is customised for you. It’s signed, fees are paid and your training commences.
